How do you charge?
We charge based on each jobs individual merits, which is why a quote is so important. There are various items which make up the cost of a quote, this includes labour, materials and green waste (if required).
Can you provide me with an hourly rate?
There are many items which can make up a quote and labour costs are one of those. The cost of labour depends on the intensity of the service and sometimes due to the nature of the service we will need to send more than one gardener to complete a service, this doesnt necessarily mean the cost is higher as the job may be completed in less than half the time because two gardeners are more efficient. Hourly cost does not allow a customer to compare like for like, comparison is about efficiency, quality and fair pricing.
Can I get a fixed price quote?
Yes! We can provide you with a fixed priced quote. We are transparent with the quotes we provide, so if we think we can save you some money by having some items not fixed prices then we will let you know. A customer who receives an efficient, professional and quality service who spends under their budget is a happy customer.
How do I organise a regular service?
Contact us to arrange a no cost quote. We will visit the property, discuss your needs and make a plan for regular service. Most often customers will have mowing, weeding, leaf blowing and cleanup around every 3 weeks in summer and every 5 weeks in winter. There is also options to add on seasonal services such as pruning, gutter cleaning and lawn renovation.
Do I have to be home at the time of service?
We will need to meet you when we come and provide you with a no cost quote so we get a thorough understand of your expectations. If you have a regular service scheduled service we don't need you to be home, we can make access arrangements with you so you can keep moving with your day.
What if I change my mind and I want to cancel my regular service?
Not a problem at all! We will be sad to see you go, we just ask for one weeks notice before you cancel. If you choose to cancel your regular service and continue to use our service we can provide you with a quote based on your service needs at the time of your request.
